I was going to open it tomorrow, but I gave in to temptation and opened it today.
Today's bottle is "Niidashi Zenshu Hatsuyuki".
The aroma is moderate. It's mildly sweet.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a tingling sweetness! Then, it goes away quickly.
What is it? I don't know what it is.
If I had to guess, I'd say it was like a thin layer of honey on freshly baked bread. Yes! Just like the morning after baking bread in a home bakery.
I thought of that, and the aroma also seemed to be honey-like syrup.
But it's not overpowering because it's tense or because it's smooth. It was gentle and delicious.
I wonder if it will taste different next year, I'm looking forward to it!
