Good sake is in the back of the refrigerator. So it was not easy to introduce this sake. Koshiro Nishiki Toku Junmai. Special junmai is the best sake for rice wine! But it is the royal road of Tasake, and both Hanabukiyuki and Yamadanishiki are delicious. And then there is Kojo Nishiki. It is the first sake brewing rice developed by Aomori Prefecture. I heard that Nishida Sake Brewery is now the exclusive grower of this rice. When the bottle is opened, it has a very nice aroma. I wonder if it is banana. It is fresh, solid, and has a distinct outline. It is delicious.
