Okayama Prefecture. Kurashiki City. Kumaya Brewery Co. Gouchi Omachi Junmai Ginjo The aroma is slightly fruity. The mouthfeel is slightly acidic, with a firm sweetness, then bitterness, and finally a slight spiciness. The sweetness lingers for a long time, and there is a slight umami taste. After swallowing, the acidity and sweetness lengthen and finish with a slight spiciness. Overall, the taste is a bit complex. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Omachi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture Rice polishing ratio:55 Alcohol content: 17%.
