This sake is made by the newest sake brewery.
It is refreshing and easy to drink, and I have the impression that it goes well with any meal and you will end up drinking a lot of it.
I thought it was much lighter than Oshinshu.
(If you drink it about 2 days later, you may feel some miscellaneous flavors in the middle of the bottle and the taste changes quite a bit, so I think it is very fast.)
