When poured into a glass, it is so slightly effervescent that you would not believe it is fire-aged.
When you put it in your mouth, it is deliciously sweet and the slight effervescence stimulates your tongue.
It's a juicy rumminess.
It is so easy to drink that you can't stop guzzling it.
The sake here is amazing, after all.
