As expected of a raw sake 👍 The aroma is like rumney or muscat. Modern Yamahai has a really nice aroma! The temperature is a little high because I drink it right after I bring it home. When I drink it, the sweetness is open well. It has a thick sourness and a sweetness that is typical of Modern Yamahai! The thick acidity, which is typical of Modern Yamahai, and the fresh acidity of Nama-zake go well together. The fresh acidity of the unpasteurized sake combines with the thick acidity that is typical of modern Yamahai sake. As expected, it is very good! I really like Modern Yamahai!
