Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu. The rice is polished to 50%. It's supposed to taste fresh for about a month from the date of production, but it's already been over two months... A subtle melon ginjo aroma. It has a firm taste. Dry taste. It is dry. You can feel the carbonation on the tongue. Maybe because it's undiluted sake.
