I felt it was a very well-balanced sake. The sweetness of the rice and the acidity are well balanced. I found myself drinking it all the time. Personally, I would have liked it to be a bit more than that, but... I think it's great as a food sake. It is a good sake that enhances any dish without interfering with it!
