Katsuma Junmai Daiginjo
Probably the most famous sake in Toyama
I submitted a Junmai sake in 2023/4 and was looking forward to the day when I could drink Junmai Daiginjo!
Anyway, it is easy to drink!
The aroma and taste disappear so quickly that they don't interfere with your meal!
A little bitterness
Delicious, but I have the impression that my expectations were too high.
(I wrote the same thing about Junmai sake.)
Considering the difficulty of obtaining it and the price, it may not be cosmetically pleasing.
I wish it were easier to purchase, but I think it would be difficult to repeat.
