Roman純米吟醸 一回火入れ
Kab
I went near my hometown and ended up buying the perennial staple. Slightly banana-like aroma.
From room temperature. There is a ripe sweetness mixed with a bit of banana or pineapple-like acidity, but the flavor expands a bit. The end is sharp with a pungent and slightly bitter taste.
It is more like an orthodox food sake than the sweetness typical of Romain, which is partly due to the fact that it is a standard fire-roasted sake. It has a good balance of umami and sharpness, and can be drunk with confidence.
