This Nanada is my first low-polished sake. I tasted it without any expectations and was surprised by the fruity aroma like ripe bananas and the full-bodied sweetness, richness, and umami of the rice.
I was so surprised by the full sweetness, richness and flavor of the rice that I immediately bought it 🍶 I was thinking that if you can make such a delicious sake at 75%, there is no need to polish it too much 😅.
I think if you can make such a delicious sake at 75%, you don't need to polish it too much 😅.
