disry
After R, now S. No stock of X this time, but I could drink it only once this year.
S is more gentle and sophisticated than R in general.
The aroma is lactic acidic and citrusy. I feel the lactic acid aroma is stronger.
I feel the sweetness more strongly than R. Of course, there is a sour taste, but the sweet taste comes out slightly more. There is also a sense of gas, and the overall balance is exquisite.
In the aftertaste, both sweetness and sourness can be felt, and at the end, the sweetness remains on the tongue. However, it is never unpleasant.
The X was not very appealing and had a rather impersonal feel to it (it became impressive after a few days), but the S made a good impression from day one. No need for attaches, it lingers.
Both R and S were very tasty.
