The second sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
This is the main brand of Harada Sake Brewery, one of the seven sake breweries in Takayama City.
We got it at the Hida Jishu Brewery during the Hida Takayama Sake Brewery's Nonbei Festival. The aroma is weak.
It has a fruity taste and is easy to drink.
