たろけん
We were not able to drink it last year, but this year we were able to obtain it, so we opened a bottle with high expectations.
My honest impression was that it was even better than expected.
It was very mild on the palate, with a touch of sweetness from Aizan, but dry and not sticky, with a slight lingering aftertaste and a crisp finish. I felt it was the kind of sake that does not interfere with the meal, and as a food sake, it enhances the meal while making its own statement. I would definitely like to get this sake again next year.
