Good evening! (^O^)
It rained today, and I hope it was a blessing for hay fever sufferers.
It is up to the individual to decide whether or not to wear a mask from today, but in our company, people who cough have been wearing them for a long time, and if we don't think it is particularly necessary, we don't. If we have visitors, we have no choice but to wear masks.
If we have visitors, we have no choice but to wear masks, but we have never forced people to wear masks more than necessary to prevent droplet dispersal.
I will continue to take care of my health and be flexible.
The other day, I went for a little outing and had a drink while eating at a sushi restaurant in a train station.
Nowadays, a lot of people come and go.
I feel happy to be able to go out for a drink with a big smile on my face. (^O^)
And this time, I drank Kiku no Tsukasa's Shinsei.
It is made from "Ginotome," Iwate Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing.
It is a junmai ginjo-shu brewed with a blend of two ginjo yeasts.
It is characterized by a dignified top-fragrance reminiscent of melon and strawberries, and a fresh fruity overtone.
It is bottled at 14% alcohol by volume, and is smooth and pleasant to drink.
The Fukuroiya Brewery's comment: "It is a very smooth and refreshing sake.
A slightly sweet and refreshing food sake.
Delicious!
