Attracted by the label design...
I had some left over from the other day, so I compared the two.
The color of this one is clear like water, but the taste is stronger...
While the Saku has a gorgeous sweet aroma and is perfectly integrated like water, the aroma of this one is not nearly as gorgeous....
The taste is also a bit tangy, and although I can't describe it well, there are some points that make me go "hmmm? I can't describe it well, but there are some parts that make me go, "Hmm?
But I don't dislike the aftertaste. I like it.
Every sake I've had so far has a point where I "like this part" or "don't like this part," and if I can better verbalize it, I'll be able to find more and more sake to my liking. ......
