On the way to the sake camp, we stopped by Kunimare Sake Brewery to buy a limited quantity of Junmai Namaho sake from the brewery.
I am an amateur, but I could taste the lactic acid-like flavor characteristic of nama-moto, but it was easy to drink and tasted (supposedly) refreshing.
It was a great day to drink sake with the sea of Hatsuyamabetsu Village and Rishiri Fuji in the distance.
