This is a memorandum.
The second cup of "Ochoko" was "Fusotsuru" from Masuda, a sake from my neighbor's hometown. It is a nigori (nigori is a sweet sake), but since it was recommended to me as a good kama, I decided to heat it up. Sake from the San'in region is delicious 😋.
