Jacket price ... 4/10
I'm disappointed when I take off the paper bag and find the same label again....
Ki ... 11/20
The hue is clear, the smell is honey, and it has a complex aroma.
Sei... 11/20
The base has sweetness and umami, but the output is weak.
TURN ... 10/20
The smoothness on the tongue remains the same, but the burning sensation persists, and the Alc-derived numbness is more prominent.
Yui ... 10/20
The sharpness is certainly good, because the Alc burn is stronger and there is no cloying taste in the aftertaste.
It is a bit of a pain for those who are not good at it.
Cost performance ... 3/10
I bought it for 2,464 yen (estimated)...the store didn't put the price tag on it...I forgot to get the receipt.

If this was not dry and you could taste the sweetness all the way through, I would have rated it differently.
The dryness of the second half is not my personal taste.

Hello, rotten outsider 🍶.
I wish you had not refrained from writing the jacket value until the end 😂.
I have some Chochin that has a surprisingly sweet taste when heated, so if you still have some left, please try heating it up 😊.

Matsuchiyo-san.
Thank you for your comment.
I am what you call a "wannai" (one-night drinking) person, as I do not drink SAKE over night.
I don't do it, but I often come across a sake that I think would be delicious heated up.
