This sake was brewed with the aim of making it a food sake that can be enjoyed with your daily evening drink. In order to bring out the best of the ingredients, the rice was polished to 55%. The aroma is subdued, and the sake has the characteristic acidity of a drunken whale, resulting in a junmai sake that is broad, yet crisp.
