Sweet and sour slurpy mouthfeel.
The acidity is refreshing and not heavy.
We enjoyed it with mayonnaise with grilled sardines.
Chicken salt yaki is lost in the punch of muddy sake.
It is said to be inspired by a mouthful of sake.
We would like to try it with grilled eel kabayaki and tare yakitori.
