I tasted it at a craft saké event and it was so good I brought it home 🍶.
I've seen a little bit of Librom here and there, but this is the first time I've bought it 🎉.
The aroma is totally passion fruit! Tropical 🏝️ with a fresh sweet and sour aroma.
When you take a sip, it's like a juicy passion soda 🫧.
What is this, just rice, rice malt, and passion fruit? No flavoring, no sugar...too good to be true.
I think it tastes more lilikoi than Islander's Mystery Junmai (lilikoi in) that I bought in Hawaii last year...
The Hawaiian one tasted more like sake and I could taste the astringency of the seeds, so it tasted fresher, while this one tastes like a delicious lilikoi soda that you can drink even if you don't like alcohol 🍹.
It's a bit expensive, but I'd like to try other kinds of sodas as well.
