This is a junmai sake from a brewery that specializes in yamahai.
I have drunk several items of "Tsunekigen" in the past, but this is the first time I've brought it to Sake-no-wa.
I met it at Takatsuki Hankyu Square and brought it home. It has a strong full-bodied flavor, a sharp acidity, and a freshness that is typical of nama-shu, making it a great match for any dish. It is also delicious on the rocks! It was my favorite type.
