I opened a bottle of the gift I received.
The appearance and the kanji character for "man" give me a strong feeling that it will be powerful.
It has a refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness.
As it went down my throat, the umami flavor came through and there was quite a long aftertaste.
I drank it cold, but the taste didn't change even when the temperature rose a little.
I like modern sake, but sometimes I like this kind of sake too!
