Second day of the New Year. At my parents' house.
It is a special pure Akita Sake Komachi. Mmmm. Unlike yesterday's draft, it has a more subdued taste. It has a bitter taste because it is freshly opened, but unlike the New Year bottle, the aroma, taste, and bitterness are all calm.
It went well with all the dishes such as simmered vegetables, roast ham, and chicken wings.
