After tasting, we decided on Toyooka as this year's new sake. 2020's new sake is also this sake, which is cosy and has a taste we like. When poured, it has fine bubbles with a hint of ori. The aroma is sweet, like grapes or candy.
When you sip it, you get a light carbonation and the bitterness that is typical of new sake. The bitter and sour tastes are mixed wildly in the aftertaste.
