It has a strong rice flavor, but is clean and clear. Wakakoma Aizan 90 unpasteurized, unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake. It is described as a peach. It has a lot of acidity and is a bit messy. In my opinion, I preferred Omachi.
