This sake is made in Kiso Village, Kiso County, Nagano Prefecture.
It is a fire-aged sake with a mild aroma and a slight ginjo aroma.
It is suitable as a mid-meal sake.
I drank it chilled, but it was refreshing and delicious.
I may try heating it up tonight.
