The most generous one of the last year. This Daiginjo was bought at the Eiyaku. The aroma is moderate and the mouthfeel is gentle. However, the umami that spreads in the mouth is outstanding. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is exquisite. There are no sharp edges, and the flavor is not forced. When I noticed it, it went away leaving only umami. Delicious!
