Tedorigawa is a wonderful sake which is called "dry", but it is not so dry.
It is the first time to drink the nigori Hakutobuki.
When I opened the bottle for a moment, the turbidity came up and it was dangerous. I closed the bottle quickly 💦and as it says, the energy is alive😃.
It doesn't have much of a smell, but it is pure white and cloudy.
It is very fizzy when you open it. There's not much sweetness, the bitterness feels pleasant and cuts through quickly. The bitterness lingers a little, but this also invites you to have another drink.
It's one that makes you want a snack😁.
I've heard that it gets sweeter with age, so I'll be savouring it slowly😋.
