There are only a few stores that carry this sake, and the amount of distribution seems to be small.
The fresh ginjo aroma is attractive, and the sweetness is like that of white peaches.
The sweetness is like that of white peaches. There is almost no acidity, and perhaps because of the sweetness, there is a very slight bitterness.
It was also a very delicious sake.
On the second day, the bitterness receded and the sweetness settled down.
