I'll have to try this one 😁.
The rice is Yamadanishiki imported from Japan.
They hope to grow their own sake rice in America in the future!
It has a mix of umami and sourness, with the sourness prevailing.
But the reimported product costs more than twice as much as regular Junmai sake.
and it seems to be selling well in the US 🇺🇸
