The aroma is medium and elegant, with red apple and pineapple elements in the back.
The taste is elegant and juicy without being too assertive, like a Junmai Daiginjo, with a strong acidity and a moderate sweetness.
Last year's Hanaohayu had a strong bitter taste that I didn't like, but this year's flavor is just right!
It is a premium sake that lives up to its premium name.
However, since it is differentiated by the presence or absence of lees, I would have liked a little more flavor in the orikarami.
However, I have a much better impression than last year.
