They use Miyamanishiki🌾 produced in the Tenjinbara area of Takayama Village, next to Obuse town.
This one was also freshly ripened for about 10 months.
The aroma on the nose is soft and sweet with white wine-like acidity.
In the mouth, it tastes like cork or wood.
The taste has clear acidity and a beautiful sweetness with a hint of cane sugar.
The taste is finished off with a slight astringency.
It was the second most beautiful taste after No.6 Normal and No.3.
