So, I bought a bottle of sake made by Mr. Naohiko Noguchi, who is called "God".
For some reason, York-Benimaru had it on sale, so I bought it without hesitation!
Then, let's have it!
The aroma is soft and alty.
The taste... comes from the sweetness, and ends with bitterness.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness spreads.
It is quite different from the sake we have been drinking recently...
The fact that it was displayed in an unrefrigerated state bothered me, but I can't say that this didn't have an effect on the taste, so I don't know what to say.
But it's not like I can't drink it or anything... I'm going to try it and see what happens.
And the alcohol content is 19 degrees, which is pretty good.
