This time it was Hokko Masamune from Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai.
Yesterday's brewery was offering "Yamagata Masamune", so it was a connection between the two. The taste was totally different, though.
Sweet and sour.
It was both sweet and sour in a strong way, with a very strong sweet/sour spectrum.
It looks like it would not lose even if you drink it as a food sake, but I thought I wanted you to first drink this flavor before a meal and feel "puh-uh".
