I got a bottle of Chiebijin Ura-Chiebijin Junmai-Shu Nama-Shu. I suddenly realized that I had already had it last year.
The aroma is gentle with a hint of sweetness.
In the mouth, a moderate sweetness fills the palate, and then it finishes with a slightly sparkling, tingling sensation that is typical of nama-zake.
It is delicious!
The impression may have changed from last year's Urachiebijin, but it seems to have become a much more food-friendly sake 😊The slight effervescence is also good👌.
Serve with sashimi and kiriboshi-daikon! It goes very well 👍.

This year's back was generally tamer than last year's junmai ginjo specs, but I'd recommend it as a food sake 👌.
