Immediately after opening the bottle, the taste is crisp, dry, and slightly heavy.
As the bottle is opened for a few days, the first sip becomes lighter, and the aftertaste has a gorgeous aroma of rice.
The balance of Lomang on the third day or so is excellent.
It was my first experience with Romain, but the depth makes me want to drink another Romain.
