I was told that this was the best sake to take home with you, and although it was a draft sake, I bought it thinking it would be fine since it was winter.
It was unfiltered but the color was quite clear.
It has a gaseous taste, but at the same time it is fruity and very nice on the palate. The feeling of the end of the bottle is easy to drink. It is easy to drink. It is delicious.
I've bought a bunch of other local sake, but I'm glad I found one I'm happy with first!
