I drank my first Ding's Orikara the other day: ❗️
It's a bit of a dry sake, but only a little bit.
I think the taste is slightly sweet and umami 😊.
It's not too flamboyant and it's very calm.
It's also good as a food sake👍
Easy to drink and delicious sake.
I would like to try other Ding as well ‼️
