もよもよ
I received a bottle of W, a sake from Gifu that I had been curious about. The W in the brand name has three meanings: Watanabe Sake Brewery Watanabe, World World, and Laughing Warai. The stylish letter "W" looks great in the name that aspires to the world.
From the looks of it, W is for unfiltered unpasteurized sake or bottled sake. Expectations are high for the fresh taste.
It has a nice aroma, but when you take a sip, the sweetness is like a mixture of peaches and sugar. I don't think the habit is that strong, but the alcohol is 17%, and it feels thick. However, I don't feel any alcoholiness in the taste. Yes, this is my kind of sake.
It is my favorite sake, so much so that if I were asked to name a sake that I have enjoyed recently, I would be the first to mention it. I'd like to try it bottle-aged someday.
