It's more meek than gentle.
It's smooth and silky, but it didn't have the gusto of acidity. ☹️
I feel like it would lose out with strong flavored food.
I made it today with a little oil (only 2 tablespoons).
It was 👍 with a touch of lemon 🍋 and black pepper.
But it's still delicious. 😋😋😋 Thanks for the food. 🎶🎶
