Yuki no Bosha純米吟醸 生酒 日本酒ヌーボー

I received a bottle of Snow Kayasha Junmai Ginjo Namaishu (Sake Nouveau).
This was also given to me by a colleague at work at the end of the year✌.
The nose has a gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, the sweetness rushes in with a slight astringency, and it finishes with a zing.
Yes, it is delicious!
The umami sweetness is not too strong, so I personally thought it would be suitable as a food sake 👍It matched well with raw oysters with grated ponzu sauce 🦪.

I drank it at the Sendai Year-End Party 🎶.
I remember it was very tasty, maybe because there were not many sweet sake in the all-you-can-drink menu 😊.

Good evening, Sir ❗
I used to drink Kayasha at izakaya (Japanese pub) but this is my first time drinking it at home 🏠 It's still delicious 👍In fact, I also got a Yamahai Junmai Ginjo from another colleague, so I'm looking forward to opening it 😁.
