At a local liquor store, I saw an unfamiliar sake from the Ryoseki Brewery. I was looking at it, thinking "Hana Yuu" was good, but the store's pop-up sign said it was an experimental series, so the number was limited, and in fact there was only one bottle on the shelf.
I had to buy it! I had to buy it! I had to buy it!
And I bought it (or did the store put me up to it? LOL)

I bought a new experimental sake rice from Akita, Ichihozumi, with brewer's yeast?
This is delicious! It's a little too sweet and tasty.
Sweet and delicious? Gentle.
Fruity but not sour freshness pattern?
Sake level - 18.5 degrees, but soft and beautifully sweet, not too sweet!
It's a slippery and dangerous one 😋.

My stupid tongue, but I think it is similar. Sweet but clean and clear? Slightly stronger taste?
