islaymaltOn a trip to Nagano, I visited the Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda. This was the only brand available, but I bought a bottle. It is said to be a regular sake, but it has a nice balance of flavors such as sourness and sweetness with a chili flavor. It is easy to drink.
