It's hot again today.
So, when I was gathering information at Sake-no-wa in search of summer sake, Yamori caught my eye here and there.
So I chose this one.
It's Toshima-ya Sake Brewery in Tokyo.
I knew the name for a while, but it was my first time to drink it.
The first sip.
Oh? The impression is different from what I thought.
The sake feeling is unexpectedly felt, and I thought that this might be my weak point.
When I put it in my mouth, the sake feeling comes rather quickly. So, let it sit for a few days.
Three days have passed since the bottle was opened.
It seems to have become a little rounder.
But it still has a liquor feeling.
I realized here that I seem to like sweet things (after all this time).
But I was confused when I bought it.
I wasn't sure which Yamori I should buy.
The label is beautiful, isn't it?
Isn't the label also important?
There was this blue one, a green one, and a bottle with a green one.
The green one has a rice polishing ratio of 50, and the green one uses Ginpu from Hokkaido, so I decided to go with the blue label, which is only available once a year.
So I would like to try another label next time.
Such a sake.
Cheers!
