It smells like disinfectant, which doesn't give a good impression, but it's slightly sweet, light and easy to drink for its strength. A little banana-like. It also has a fruity taste, which is unusual for a brewed beer.
This is the first time I've seen Yatagarasu nama-shu, which I thought you could only buy in Nara. I wonder if coarse filtration means it's lightly filtered?
The disinfectant-like nuance was only present right after opening the bottle, but eased after that.
