I missed out on buying the Homasu Go Nozomi that was released today, so as a consolation prize, I popped a bottle of the Yamadanishiki Ni Nozomi.
It has a fresh, crisp gasiness, a thick texture, and a complex microbiological flavor that is unique to the region!
I wish I could have had a bottle of Hoso Go Nozomi again....
