Kombu-maki Kamaboko (kelp wrapped kamaboko) and Gassu Shrimp Sashimi were served for dinner, so this sake from the refrigerator.
It is the stable Miyazumi. It is always sold alongside 寫楽, so I am always torn between the two, but this time I went with this one.
While you can feel a subtle gas on the tip of the tongue, the taste is full of umami, moderate acidity, and bitterness. It was a perfect match for the Gusu Shrimp Sashimi and was delicious.
