This time it will be my local sake, Daishinshu.
The one I had was not a regular sake, but one that you don't see very often.
Naturally, I had never seen it before💦.
The sake was specially brewed at the end of the season for the first time in two years for the brewery opening in July.
This is the first time I've seen it 💦 and it's the last sake brewed for the season.
It is said that it is a Junmai Daiginjo class that uses Kinmon Nishiki, although there is no indication, and it was a sake with a high level of satisfaction that does not feel heavy even with plenty of flavor.
It's been a while since I've had one of these, and it was so good, I think I'll be buying the regular sake next time!
